The Mentorship Program seeks to connect the FAM members to the music industry and help them build their careers. It’s no secret that the key to long-term success in the music industry is cultivating relationships. This program will provide students and young professionals with opportunities to interact with each other to enhance their career readiness skills, and gain insight into the field of music and entertainment.
Mentees will apply to be a part of the program and will be matched by The FAM Mentorship Committee. Interests and goals will be taken into consideration when matching, though the program will be limited based on Mentor participation.

Long-Term Relationship Cultivation
As we’ve stated previously, our goal for this program is to build professional and personal relationships that last throughout your careers and beyond. Long-lasting Mentorship relationships lead to increased outcomes for both people, but it can be difficult to keep a relationship going as life circumstances change.
Incentivized continued engagement
To incentivize continued engagement with our program, we will…

Host retreats, Happy Hours, and other socials.
Celebrate the continued achievements of the members of our Program.
Ask for constructive feedback to make the program more valuable for you.
Program engagement through the years
Our program will continue to engage our Mentorship pairs over the years but we also encourage you to stay in touch with your Mentee / Mentor.
Remember to:
Communicate.
Be Creative.
Do Something Special.
