As a non-profit membership organization, the FAM is a movement that aims to break down the unhealthy and negative stereotypes and perpetuate the healthy stereotypes of the music industry. Our philosophy is that this approach will lead to a more accessible music industry, more mentally healthy artists and professionals, and ultimately, more positive music for our audience. 

We believe that every musician should have the same opportunity to succeed, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. We want to promote equal access to resources, support, and recognition for all musicians, especially those who have been historically marginalized in the industry.

Our organization works to provide opportunities that equip aspiring and established musicians and professionals with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed. Additionally, we facilitate networking events and mentorship programs that help musicians build valuable connections and collaborate with others who share their values.
